PE at home
PE is looking a little bit different at the moment. However, don’t worry: Joe Wicks is here to help!
Here is a link to Joe Wick’s YouTube Channel that boasts a range of workout activities that you can do from your own bedroom or kitchen floor.
These workouts cater for different people of all shapes and sizes, from experienced athletes to beginners. All you need to do is choose a workout suitable for you. You may want to do the children’s PE workouts or the beginner workout series with a family member.
Remember, we need to keep active for at least 30 minutes per day. This could be doing one of these workouts or you could go for a walk with a family member instead.
